SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new designs of supersonic compressors. Said supersonic rotors are designed to be run at extremely high rpm. Note here that gas flow rate exceeds local sound velocity in gas, hence, "supersonic" definition. New supersonic compressor comprises at least one supersonic rotor with radial inner cylindrical cavity, outer ring and at least one radial flow channel for communication between said cavity and said ring and includes one inclined guide of supersonic compression.
EFFECT: enhanced operating performances of compressors and using equipment.
