FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device of single fracture comprises an electric motor with variable rotor speed, a drive-multiplier comprising a horizontal shaft and a vertical shaft mating by the screw drive. The working part comprises a deck-bumper, a receiving pipe, a discharge tube. Inside the deck-bumper a starting disc is coaxially located. In the process of sloughing the material through the receiving pipe, entering the starting disc is accelerated by the centrifugal forces in the radial tubes, faced with reflective ribs of the deck-bumper mounted at an angle of 45° to the generator of the housing, crushed and discharged from the workspace by the air flow through the discharge tube. The upper plate and the shell with holes protect the particles from the repeated strike, and the impact of the edges of the holes is prevented by air flow passing along the radial tubes and reinforced by the radial plates of elastic material.

EFFECT: invention enables to improve the quality of the obtained particles.
