Proposed device comprises ground module with ground channel, ground valve and two coaxial ground passages. Besides, it includes onboard module with onboard channel, onboard valve, onboard board with onboard passage and to coaxial onboard passages. It includes the system of hydraulic connection between said ground module and said onboard module. Besides, there are two chambers, two circular chambers, mechanical shutoff system with disconnection plug and lock pin between ground and onboard plates.
EFFECT: ruled out replacement or repair at launch abort.
