FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plane lever mechanisms the separate points of which move along the lines close to straight ones, which can be used, for example, in planing machines. Peaucellier-Lipkin mechanism with a link drive consists of four-link lozenge comprising four connecting rods, equal by length, two identical by length yokes of the lozenge and driving yoke. Driving yoke is a part of rectilinear kinematic pair with a crosshead connected through a joint with the crank, which becomes a link.
EFFECT: improved operational characteristics.
