FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: meter comprises a pulse generator, a zero indicator, a bridge circuit. Four additional resistors, an additional inductance coil and an additional capacitor are added to the bridge meter of dipole parameters, and the circuit of the capacitor and third resistor is removed from the first branch of the four-arm bridge circuit into its second branch, and elements connection is modified. The first additional resistor and the additional inductance coil are connected to each other in parallel and connected in a multi-element dipole of the second branch between the free output of the available second resistor and "earth". The second additional resistor is connected between the common output of the available first resistor, second resistor and inductance coil, and the first terminal for connection of the dipole of the measurement object. The third additional resistor is connected between the second output of the outlet of the four-arm bridge circuit and the first terminal for connection of the dipole of the measurement object. The fourth additional resistor and the additional capacitor are connected to each other in parallel and connected between the free output of the available third resistor and the second terminal for connection of the dipole of the measurement object, this second terminal is connected to earth.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements.
