FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation, automation and industrial electronics and can be used for monitoring and determining parameter of measurement objects, as well as physical values by means of parametric sensors. Summary: bridge meter of parameters of two-terminal networks contains series-connected pulse generator with change of voltage as per law of step functions, bridge electric circuit and zero indicator. Novelty is that it includes an additional capacitor and changed connection of elements, two-element circuit of series-connected capacitor and resistor is transferred from first branch of bridge circuit into second branch, free terminal of capacitor of this circuit is connected to common lead of single resistor, second output of bridge circuit output and first terminal for connection of measurement object bipoles, free terminal of resistor of two-element circuit is grounded; additional capacitor is connected parallel to the last resistor.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of measurement error due to exclusion of component of error from parasitic capacitance relative to "ground" of non-ground multi-element bipolar, as well as instability of this parasitic capacitance due to use of grounded multi-element bipoles.
