FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to obtainment of characteristics of oil-containing fluid extracted from hydrocarbon-bearing geologic bed. The invention represents a method for obtaining characteristics of one or several properties for multicomponent oil-containing fluid that consists in: (a) measurement by means of an analytical downhole tool the fluid data, which represent at least one property for a group of components in the multicomponent oil-containing fluid, and storage of these data in the memory read by the computer, at that at least this one property for a group of components is a weight percent of the components group; (b) use of the computer processor and software stored in the memory read by the computer and obtainment of at least one property for corresponding components in the group based on the data which are stored at the stage (a), at that at least this one property for corresponding components in the group is a weight percent of the corresponding components and a ratio received in result of the database analysis for pressure-volume-temperature, at that this ratio is expressed by linear function of carbon atoms quantity for the corresponding components in the group and based on dosage factors computed as per the equation Ψi = A∗CNi + B, where i is varied in the range of integer numbers corresponding to the group of components with a certain number of carbon atoms in the components group, Ψi is a dosage factor for the ith component with a certain number of carbon atoms in the components group, A and B are set against results of regression analysis for the database of pressure-volume-temperature values, and CNi is a number of carbon atoms for the ith component with a certain number of carbon atoms in the components group; (c) use of the computer processor and software for at least one property for the corresponding components in the group obtained at the stage (b) in order to evaluate or forecast one or several properties for the multicomponent oil-containing fluid; (d) output of the results obtained at the stage (c) to the user. Other alternatives are described for the above method, the computer system for data processing in order to obtain one or several properties for the above fluid and the carrier read by the computer.

EFFECT: improvement of information content and reliability at obtainment of the required characteristics.
