FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: press granulator with flat die comprises the housing with installed in it a perforated die with the shaped passages for rollers fixed on vertical driving shaft by means of a sleeve with elastic element, and nozzles for loading of raw material and unloading of granules, and the die is made consisting of two fastened among themselves perforated disks with slots in the lower disk and is fitted with flexible heating elements installed in slots in a ring-type zone of the die along the arc with the radius (Rout+Rin)/2, where Rout, Rin - external and internal radiuses of a ring-type perforated zone of a matrix, while in the upper disk of the die the shaped bores are made cylindrical, and in lower - the passage is made as two conical and one cylindrical calibrating section, while on the first section the cone aperture angle 2α is within the limits 2÷5 degrees, its height h1 equals (1.5÷2.5) D0, where D0 - diameter of calibrating cylindrical section with the height h2, the height of calibrating section is selected from the proportion h2/D0=(0.1÷1), and the third conical section is made with the cone aperture angle 2β within 2÷5 degrees with the height h3=(0.4÷0.6) D0 and while the diameter of upstream passage is Din=(0.7÷0.9) D1. If the roller amount in the press granulator equals three, the proportion between diameters of rollers and die amounts 0.2÷0.5, and in case of four rollers - 0.1÷0.4.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the strength and density of granulated material.
