FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for extrusion and can be used to compact materials with different physical and mechanical properties. Press-roller extruder contains an installed collapsible matrix with cylindrical spinnerets and press rolls with a drive device. Matrix consists of removable molding elements, which are located radially and supported by the supporting device. Rolls are made of composite H-shaped metal-ceramic elements, coupled with rubber mounting inserts. Inserts are recessed and rigidly mounted on a metal base. Removable forming elements of the matrix are formed from adjacently installed pairs of metal-ceramic elements. On the outer working surface of these elements there are semi-circular grooves. Axis of the grooves is perpendicular to the treadmill rollers.

EFFECT: result is a reduction in the energy intensity of the extrusion process and the wear of working surface thereof.
