FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pelletising pre-ground vegetable, animal and mineral materials. Mixer-granulator comprises active circular female die mounted on turntable and equipped with passive compaction rollers arranged on carrier. Female die inner cylindrical surface is perforated to make extrusion holes. Female die supports cone to feed material in compaction zone. Replaceable limit rings composed of toothed crowns with inner teeth are secured to turntable and said cone. Side contact surfaces of limit rings make, together with female die inner cylindrical surface, an annular chamber with compaction rollers extending therein. Every roller on end sides is furnished with replaceable spur gears rigidly fixed therewith. Gearing between limit rings and gears makes rigid engagement between female die and compaction rollers.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, power savings, longer life, higher quality of finished products.
