FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: drilling cuttings are removed along a sludge warehouse perimeter on its entire depth, with the creation of a trench with a specified width without disturbing a waterproofing layer. The drilling cuttings removed from the sludge warehouse are supplied into a mixing installation with an addition of calcium-containing additives, oxides, cement and water in a specified ratio. A prepared in such a way mixture, where hydrocarbon content of the drilling cuttings is neutralised with quicklime, is supplied into the trench dug along the sludge warehouse perimeter, where the mixture hardening takes place. After that, a surface layer of the drilling cuttings of the sludge warehouse is poured above with the same prepared mixture. After the mixture hardening a stage of biological remediation, consisting in creation of a humus layer of different purpose, is realised, for instance, by an application of a sand-peat mixture with an addition of coal chips or lime.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to utilise the drilling cuttings in sludge warehouses, reduce consumption of calcium-containing and organic additives, oxides and cement, reduce the utilisation cost, and improve the quality of remediation works.
