FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: string accelerometer comprises on its base sensitive elements, which include a string fixed by one end on the body and the other one - on a weight placed on an elastic plate bracket, and magnetoelectric drives to maintain self-oscillations of strings. To achieve the technical result, the sensitive element is made in the form of a closed rectangular tuning fork with an internal fixture installed on one of sides of the body on a geometric axis stretching perpendicularly to the string via its middle, besides, each pair of parallel sides of the sensitive element comprises several rigidly fixed sections of materials with different temperature coefficients of linear expansion. At the same time sums of products of their lengths by the temperature coefficient of linear expansion are equal accordingly for the sides along and across the string, and the temperature coefficient of the bracket elasticity modulus is equal to the difference of temperature coefficients of linear expansion of the bracket and the string.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of measurement of acceleration due to higher quality of a string resonator and reduced temperature error and sensitivity to external and internal mechanical effects at stresses in a string, and also to simplify the structure and requirements to selection of physical and mechanical properties for materials and shape of parts of a power circuit of string tension.
