FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: compensation accelerometer comprises a body with a stand, the first plate from single-crystal silicon, the second plate with two fixed electrodes of a differential capacitance position converter, the third plate, a magnetoelectric power converter with a permanent magnet, an amplifier, besides, serially along the length of the stand from the base of the stand there is a permanent magnet, the second plate, the first plate and the third plate. In accordance with the invention a bushing from invar is installed on the stand, on which the second plate, the first plate and the third plate are arranged. The second and third plate are made of pyrex.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement acceleration.
