FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: sonar antenna arrays consist of piezoceramic elements, a radiating antenna array and a receiving antenna array, each made in a single modular structure. The sonar antenna arrays are made based on a single metal housing, one side of the base of which is fitted with piezoceramic elements sealed by a sound transparent polymer coating which is bound to the base, and the opposite side of the base is fitted with heat sinks of heat-dissipating electrical elements of a multichannel generator device in the radiating antenna array and a multichannel receiving device in the receiving antenna array. The base of the housing is perforated with circular through-holes, which improves heat removal from the heat sinks into the environment owing to a larger cooling area and protection of the piezoceramic elements from overheating.
EFFECT: ensuring reliable operation of antenna arrays with high heat-dissipation in a small closed volume of a module.
