FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: electrically insulating oil contains hydrogenated polyalphaolefins with molecular weight of 400-1000, a phenol and/or amine type antioxidant additive, alkyl phosphates and/or trialkyl phenyl phosphites. The oil contains ester-based antioxidant additives, esters of dibasic organic acids, with the following ratio of components, wt %: hydrogenated polyalphaolefins MM 400-1000 up to 100.0; phenol and/or amine type antioxidant additives 0.1-1.0; alkyl phosphates and/or trialkyl phenyl phosphites 0.1-2.0; ester-based antioxidant additives 0.1-1.0; esters of dibasic organic acids 5.0-20.0.

EFFECT: obtaining electrically insulating oil with operating temperature of up to 250 degrees, with high decomposition onset temperature and stability in electric field conditions.
