FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a lubricating composition of synthetic compressor oil, intended for lubricating high-pressure air compressors, which includes a base which is a mixture of three basic components: high-viscosity pentaerythritol ester obtained via esterification of pentaerythritol polyol and a mixture of C6-C12 carboxylic acids and having viscosity of 21.0-25.0 mm2/s at 100°C and a flash point higher than 290°C, high-viscosity poly-alpha-olefins with viscosity of 38.0-42.0 mm2/s at 100°C, a flash point higher than 260°C and alkylated naphthalene with viscosity of 12.0-14.0 mm2/s at 100°C, density at 20°C of not more than 0.9 kg/dm3 with the ratio of components in the base of 29-31:34-36:37-33 wt %, respectively, as well as a system of multifunctional additives per 100% of the base, the composition of which includes an anti-wear additive - tricresyl phosphate;antioxidants - dioctyl diphenylamine and a high-molecular weight phenol antioxidant - tetrakis[methylene-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxphenyl)propionate]methane, Irganox 101; corrosion inhibitors - polyether alkylene of succinic acid with viscosity of 26-40 mm2/s at 100°C, Lubrizol 859 or Irgacor L-12 and benzotriazole; antifoam additives - nonionic surfactants based on aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, SYNATIVE AC AMH 2 and polymethylsiloxane liquid DS 200/350 or PMS-200A, with the following ratio of components, wt %: said base - mixture of 3 basic components - 100; tricresyl phosphate - 1.0-3.0; said high-molecular weight phenol antioxidant - 0.5-1.5; dioctyl diphenylamine - 0.5-2.0; said polyether alkylene of succinic acid - 0.05-0.3; benzotriazole - 0.01-0.085; nonionic surfactants based on aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons SYNATIVE AC AMH 2 - 0.01-0.009; polymethylsiloxane liquid DS 200/350 or PMS-200 A - 0.0001-0.0008.

EFFECT: obtaining a lubricating composition of synthetic compressor oil, having the required tribological characteristics, high antioxidative stability, good corrosion resistance when in contact with water, the required antifoam properties and a wide range of compressor oils.
