FIELD: compressor oils.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing compressor oil. The method consists in mixing functional additives with the components of the oil base, while the process involves: obtaining a highly stable concentrate of additives by dissolving in one of the components of the oil base - high-viscosity pentaerythritol ester: SNP 1060X or Synative ES 2811 antioxidant additive - 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid pentaerythritol ester: Agidol-110 or Irganox 1010 and metal deactivator - 1,2,3-benzotriazole at a temperature of 100±4°C for 1 hour, then antioxidant additive - 4-4'-dinonyldiphenylamine: DAT or Irganox L57, anti-wear additive - Tricresyl Phosphate: Disflamoll TKP or Additin RC 3661 and anti-corrosion agent - alkylene-succinic acid hemi-ester: Irgacor L 12 or K-15-41 at 80±4°C for 1 hour at the following ratio of the mentioned components, wt.%: high-viscosity complex pentaerythritol ether up to 100; 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid pentaerythritol ester 2.5-3.5; 1,2,3-benzotriazole 0.1-0.2; 4-4'-dinonyldiphenylamine 2.5-3.5; tricresyl phosphate 5.0-7.0; half-ester of alkylene-succinic acid 0.2-0.4; mixing the resulting concentrate of additives with the hydrocarbon components of the oil base - high-viscosity polyalphaolefins PAO-35 and alkylated naphthalene AN-15 at a temperature of 85-95°C for 1.0 hours and additives: antiwear - ester of dialkyldithiophosphoric acid KVD-353, demulsifying modified polyols in a solution of xylene Kernelix D400 and antifoam - nonionic surfactant based on aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons Synative AC AMH2 or polymethylsiloxane liquid PMS-200A at a temperature 70-75°C for 1 hour at the following ratio of the mentioned components, wt.%: high-viscosity polyalphaolefins PAO-35 32-35; alkylated naphthalene AN-15 32-34; additive concentrate 33-34; ester of dialkyldithiophosphoric acid KVD-353 0.01-0.03; modified polyols in Kemelix D400 xylene solution 0.01-0.03; nonionic surfactant based on aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons Synative AC AMH2 or 0.02-0.04; polymethylsiloxane liquid PMS-200A 0.004-0.005 to obtain compressor oil for use as a lubricant in high-pressure reciprocating air compressors operating under particularly difficult conditions at a discharge temperature above 200°C. When implementing the technical result - the proposed method for obtaining a lubricating composition of compressor oil, high solubility, stability and full compatibility of all oil components are achieved, as well as an improvement in the technical and economic indicators of the process (reduction of stages, energy intensity).

EFFECT: target product obtained by the proposed method meets the existing requirements for oils of high-pressure air compressors operating in particularly difficult conditions at a discharge temperature above 200°C.
