FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular, to manufacturing of panels, structures from assortment: boards, bars. Assortments are connected with a rolling mill by non-detachable locks of comb-groove type as assortments are moved and deformed in closed gauges. The closed gauges are formed by pairs of driving rolls, rollers and other tools: gauging rulers, planes, rollers. During plastic deformation of wood the combs are embraced by grooves. The combs in the part remote from the main part of assortment have thickness that is higher than in the near part. During deformation of assortments by thickness they provide for elastic, dosed pressure of wood at connected surfaces to complete their adhesion after exit from the closed gauge. Then they are displaced from the rolling axis, fixed, the shape of panels, structures is maintained for adhesion. Ledges on adhered edges near face planes of assortments as they enter closed gauges are joined first, discharge of glue from cog-groove connections is closed. Then ledges are balanced with subsequent deformation of assortments, the adhered surfaces are glued into non-detachable locks.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of process of panels, structures manufacturing.
