FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal-segregation concentrator comprises a housing consisting of a conical part, the means for loosening the material, the means for tangential supplying water through openings, the means for loading the enriched products and unloading of products of dividing, in which the concentrating rings with slotted openings are mounted, adjacent to the inner surface of the cylindrical part of the housing, between which the means for loosening the boundary layer of the material is located, and a conical part which is connected to the cylindrical part of the housing. The conical part of the housing is provided with a device for concentrating solid particles, made with the ability to move in the axial (vertical) direction in the form of a perforated inner cone. The device for concentrating solid particles is connected to the device for unloading the concentrate. The device for concentrating solid particles is formed from a set of rigidly interconnected rings forming the perforated cone abutting against the inner surface of the conical housing.
EFFECT: increased recovery of heavy minerals, increase in productivity by improving the conditions of segregation of particles to improve the efficiency of the enrichment process.
