Feeder is made in the form of a pipe with a hopper fixed on it. The prefabricated casing is made twisted, and the frame together with the fixed feeder, cup, scroll, bowl drive and the casing, rigidly fixed on it, performs planetary-translational motion relative to the axis of the carousel along a circular cone. The feeder can be equipped with a removable catching device with riffles on the inner surface.
