The plasmid contains the following fragments: Xba I-Hind III DNA fragment having a size 177 base pairs; Hind III-Hind III DNA fragment having a size of 1059 base pairs; Hind III-Xho I DNA fragment having a size of 1598 base pairs; Sph I-Hind III DNA fragment having a size of 425 base pairs; EcoR I - BamH I DNA fragment having a size of 57 base pairs. There are also presented the bacterial strain Escherichia coli PA-OPRF-ETA producing protein OprF-ETA and prepared by transforming the parent bacterial strain Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) of plasmid DNA pPA-OPRF-ETA and a method for preparing the above protein OprF-ETA.
