SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic devices with a patterned substrate. The patterned substrate for the electronic device includes a first part having an edge, a second part which includes an extended plurality of printed drops and having an edge lying adjacent to and substantially mated with said edge of the first part, and an interval between said edge of the first part and said edge of the second part, wherein said extended plurality of printed drops is located at an angle of approximately 5 degrees to approximately 90 degrees to said edge of the first part, and said interval has a length equal to or less than approximately 2 mcm.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain high resolution electronic devices with improved structure formation efficiency.
