FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: nanocomposite material with ferroelectric properties contains silicon dioxide SiO2 as binding substance, and triglycine sulphate salts (NH2CH2COOH)3 H2SO4 as seignette active matter, at the following ration, wt %: SiO2 - 56-75, triglycine sulphate - 25-44. The material has granular structure with the grain sizes from 50 up to 80 nm.
EFFECT: obtaining of ferroelectric material with high and regulated dielectric and pyroelectric characteristics.
