FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanostructured materials with evident ferroelectric activity and can be used in devices of micro-and nanoelectronics. Nanocomposite ferroelectric material contains as a matrix nanocrystalline cellulose with nanochannels arranged perpendicular to the working surface of sample and triglycine sulfate salt (NH2CH2COOH)3·H2SO4 as ferroelectric filler. Percentage of triglycine sulfate in said material varies from 20 to 80 wt%.
EFFECT: technical result consists in producing ferroelectric material with high and regulated dielectric and pyroelectric and repolarization characteristics.
