SUBSTANCE: in a mobile communication system, when hand-over of a mobile station that is a target object of coordinated communication between a variety of wireless basic stations is detected, at least some part of a coordinated communication establishment procedure (CoMP establishment procedure) is implemented till the end of the hand-over.

EFFECT: coordinated transmission after hand-over with regard to a mobile station can be proceeded in advance and any reduction of communication or carrying capacity quality caused by continuation of coordinated communication after hand-over of the mobile station can be prevented.
