FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electrical engineering, to gas-cooled high-temperature reactors. In the sealed transmission device a drive mechanism is used for the helium-filled area in a gas-cooled high-temperature reactor. The helium-filled area (1) is limited by a chamber enclosure (2), a pressure-tight housing (3), connecting element (4) and sealing element (5). A transmission element (8) is coupled to an actuating element (6) inside the helium-filled area (1) and a driving element (7) placed outside the helium-filled area (1) and transfers movement between them. The transmission element (8) is a magnetic coupling which comprises the pressure-tight housing (3), the master magnetic component (9) placed outside the pressure-tight housing (3) and a slave magnetic component (10) placed inside the pressure-tight housing (3). The driving element (7) and the master magnetic component (9) are interconnected thus forming the master element, while the actuating element (6) and slave magnet component (10) are interconnected thus forming a slave element.
EFFECT: technical result lies in achievement of a tighter sealing thus ensuring controllability and operational reliability with bigger torque, a long and stable service life, frequent start-ups and shutdowns, etc.
