FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the method including degasification of raw oil, its division into two parts, heating of the first part up to the temperature close to the temperature of electric desalting and dewatering due to cooling of light-end products (gasoline, kerosene) up to temperature of transportation. The second part of degassed oil is mixed up with drain water obtained at the first stage, and then the mixture is heated with remaining products for oil processing up to the temperature ensuring equality of temperature in heated degassed oil with temperature of electric desalting and dewatering upon mixing of the first and second parts. Heated degasses oil is subject to separation with receipt of dewatered oil, which is subjected to multistage desalting and dewatering with receipt of treated oil and drain water of the first stage.
EFFECT: reducing consumed power and steel intensity of the equipment, reducing consumed fresh water and quantity of runoffs, reducing corrosion rate for the equipment.
