FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed unit consists of mud-gas separator, recuperative heat exchangers of oil degassed by oil processing products, separator, electrical dehydrators equipped with jet pumps feeding circulating drainage water and jet pumps feeding balance drainage water. This unit comprises three electrical dehydrators. Crude oil is degassed to get degassed oil to be divided into two parts. First part is heated while second part is mixed by jet pump with balance drainage water from first electrical dehydrator and heated. Heated parts of degassed oil are mixed and fed to separator for salt water to be separated. Obtained partially desalted water is mixed by jet pumps with circulating drainage water from first electrical dehydrator and with balance drainage water from second electrical dehydrator and directed to first electrical dehydrator. Therefrom, drainage water is discharged and divided to circulating and balance drainage water. Besides, partially desalted oil is discharged and directed to second electrical dehydrator after mixing by jet pumps with circulating drainage water from second electrical dehydrator and with balance drainage water from third electrical dehydrator. Therefrom, drainage water is discharged and divided to circulating and balance drainage water. Now, partially desalted oil is discharged and directed to third electrical dehydrator after mixing by jet pumps with the mix of fresh water circulating drainage water from third electrical dehydrator and with balance drainage water from third electrical dehydrator.
EFFECT: lower metal input, electric power and fresh water savings, extraction of dissolved oxygen from oil.
