FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil processing industry. The invention is related to procedure for processing of heavy hydrocarbon stock that includes heating and separation with obtainment of heavy residue, fractioning of heavy distillate fraction, its heating up to 440-500°C and separation with production of separation steam and residue; multi-stage thermolysis of serration residue and heavy residue at subsequent pressure reduction at each stage of thermolysis and maintenance of thermolysis temperature due to supply of stage-by-stage separation steams and fractioning of thermolysis products; at that the stock is heated additionally by thermolysis steams and heavy distillate fraction is mixed up with recirculating part of the residue at the first stage of thermolysis; the mixture is heated, separated with extraction of separation steam and residue which is subjected to the first stage of thermolysis with production of respective steam and residue; part of the residue is sent for recirculation while the remaining part is mixed up with part of separation steams and heavy residue and subjected to the second stage of thermolysis with production of respective steam and residue; residue of the second stage of thermolysis is mixed up with remaining part of separation steams and subjected to the third stage of thermolysis with production of respective steam and residue which is output as boiler fuel or pitch; at that three stages of thermolysis are carried out in different reactors.
