FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulding material for extrusion with foaming and to process of its production. Besides, it relates to foamed synthetic wood-filled product made from moulding material, to method and device to this end. Moulding material for extrusion with foaming comprises foaming agent added to produce foamed synthetic wood-filled product by extrusion with foaming. Note here that said material contains wood flour with water content of 1 wt % and thermoplastic resin as well as 1-5 wt % with molecular weight of 300-1000 g/mol.
EFFECT: ruled out flaws in wood-filled foam plastics.
