FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes treating the surface of a metal-reinforcing material with a solution containing an organic solvent and 0.5-2 wt % low-molecular unsaturated polyketone containing 1.5-10.5 wt % oxygen in form of carbonyl groups and butadiene links with double carbon-carbon bonds and having number-average molecular weight of 1500-25000, followed by holding the treated metal-reinforcing material in air at 20-80°C.
EFFECT: high strength of the rubber-reinforcing material bond and resistance of rubber-reinforced compositions to external aggressive action.
