FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a housing 1 and piece of rope 2 with passive end 3 and free end 4, equipped with tip 5 with the cone head and neck, which passes through the inlet channel 8 in the housing with formation of loop and is fixed in it at locking by means of locking mechanism 9. In this case, the control mean of unauthorized opening is designed in the form of locking device, interacting with neck of the tip 5 at its pushing through the stand-alone opening 11 in the case during formation of inoperative feedback loop. According to the invention, the locking device is designed in the form of spring-loaded rod 13 with protrusion 13.1 at the free end, mounted in the additional opening 12 made in housing 1, crossing the stand-alone opening 11 at a straight angle. At that, plug-stop 16, which interacts with protrusion 13.1 of rod, limiting its movement into the stand-alone opening 11, is installed in the stand-alone opening 11. Plug-stop 16 is provided with end opening 16.1 for placing the conical head 5.1 of tip 5 during its fixation, in this case the protrusion interacts with the neck 5.2 at the tip. Reliability of tip fixation in this position is checked by attempting to extract it manually with low force from the housing. In case of unauthorized extraction, the tip either is destroyed, or its removal from the piece of rope occurs. Both don't go unnoticed.

EFFECT: control over unauthorized opening is provided.
