FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body 1 and a section of a rope 2, one end 3 of which is passive, and the second free end 4, equipped with a tip 5 with a neck 6, is passed via a throughput channel 9 to form a loop, and is fixed in it during closure by means of a locking mechanism 10, placed in the body. At the same time the facility for control of unauthorised opening is made in the form of a spring fixator 11, interacting with a neck of the tip as it is pushed via an autonomous opening 12 under the tip in a cover 13 during formation of a non-working reverse loop. The device is equipped with a compartment-barrier 14 to close an autonomous hole 12 and serving at the same time as a platform for support of the spring fixator 11. Besides, the compartment-barrier 14 is made in the form of a thin metal plate fixed in the body jointly with the lower cover 13, equipped with a hole 15 under a stabiliser 16 of a closure spring 17, a chute 18 and a ledge 14.1 for the support site 14.2 for the fixator 11. At the same time the fixator is installed above the chute, and open sides of the chute in the assembled form of the device are closed by the body walls. In case of unauthorised withdrawal the tip is either damaged, or it is removed from the section of the rope. Both will not go unnoticed.
