SUBSTANCE: method for accurate and full search of positions of legal acts according to the meaning content provides for formation of a data base, in which for each position of legal acts, which form a search file, there specified are detail questions that are covered by this provision and that accurately and fully reflect its meaning content, and formation of a question codifier containing a structured list of questions enclosing the search file in order to choose variants of the request.
EFFECT: providing a possibility of automatic formation of exhaustive code of provisions of the legal acts, the meaning content of which corresponds to the meaning content of the detail questions comprising the search requests, which provides for accuracy and completeness of search of provisions of the legal acts.
