SUBSTANCE: iron nanoparticles are processed in the medium of organic solvent in the temperature range of 20-60°C using fluoroorganic polysulphide compound with the following structural formula: Rf-(S)m-Rf, where Rf: CnF2n+1, n=1-10, m=2-3(A), ClCF2CH2-, m=2-3 (B) or CF3OCFClCF2-, m=2-3 (C).

EFFECT: production of modified iron nanoparticles prone to agglomeration, resistant to air oxidation, resistant in concentrated hydrochloric acid, having sedimentation stability, and which can be used for addition into poly- and perfluorinated polymer matrices.
