FIELD: devices for grinding materials. SUBSTANCE: device has bed frame, protective casing, press roller grinder, air separator, material transportation circulating system. Device is provided with rotary crusher. Circulating system is made in form of two scraper bucket elevators. Each elevator has loading and unloading units. Elevators have circular trajectory of motion of working members. They are secured coaxially on either side of one of grinding rollers. Loading and unloading units of one of elevators are located in such position that material may be fed from crusher outlet to grinder inlet and same units of other elevator are so located that material may be fed from grinder outlet to crusher inlet.
