SUBSTANCE: method involves exposure to the pulse low-frequency electrostatic field generated by CHIVAMAT-200 apparatus. The exposure is first generated at a frequency of 40-80 Hz, then - at 20-30 Hz on the thoracic cage at the front, on sides and from behind. The exposure involves slow strokes with intermittent expiratory pressures. The procedure length is controlled depending on the age. The exposure length is 15 minutes in the children under 7 years old; the exposure lasts for 18 minutes in the children of the age between 8 and 12 years old, and 20 minutes in the children of 13 and older at a frequency of 40-80 Hz. The exposure length is 6 minutes in the children under 7 years old; the exposure lasts for 5 minutes in the children of the age between 8 and 12 years old, and 6 minutes in the children of 13 and older at a frequency of 20-30 Hz. The procedures are daily. The therapeutic course is 10-12 procedures.

EFFECT: method provides more effective rehabilitation of the children with mucoviscidosis by improving the drainage and evacuation function of the bronchi, provides improving the life quality in the children and adolescents.
