FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pulmonology, and can be used for the rehabilitation of the patients suffering mild and moderate inactive chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. An integrated health resort treatment is conducted. A general low-frequency magnetic therapy generated by Magnitor ALMA apparatus is alternated every second day with taking low-radon nitrogen-silicate baths. The following magnetic therapy parameters are used: frequency (f) 100 Hz, magnetic field form (F) - S, magnetic field intensity (I) - 2.4 mT, ascend and descend time (tn and tc) of 60 s, number of cycles (N) - 15. The procedure length is 30 minutes; the therapeutic course consists of 10 procedures.

EFFECT: method provides the more effective rehabilitation and correction of the disturbed immune status in the patients suffering chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by conducting the general low-frequency magnetic therapy generated by Magnitor ALMA apparatus, using the optimum regimens and length of the magnetic therapy.
