SUBSTANCE: checking method of web pages for availability in them of real time multimedia flows involves the following: loading of a web page for time schedule checking, analysis of loaded web pages for availability in them of references to multimedia flows, checking of flow data for determination of their type, whether a multimedia flow is a real time flow or not, periodic checking of references to real time flows contained in database of flows, for detection of variations in a flow type, and/or state of flow, and/or in flow characteristics. New references are added to the time schedule for the web pages on which there have been detected references to real time multimedia flows, and/or checking period is changed for web page references existing in the time schedule, for which changes in a flow have been detected, and/or time of the beginning of the next check is changed.
EFFECT: improving efficient detection of real time multimedia flows and reducing the time required for saving of data and maintenance of its current status.
