SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telemedicine and the field of medical communication. A system of interactive communication contains a multitude of systems (1250) of video communication inside the premises, with each system of video communication inside the premises including a video monitor (430), a video camera (440), a microphone (460) and an audio loudspeaker (470), which are associated with a patient (350); a unit (110) for video selection, which provides supply, video entertainment and video communication into each of the systems inside the premises; and a unit (160) of controlling hierarchical access, which solves conflicts between video entertainment and video communication on the basis of a certain hierarchy (200) of access, which represents the patient's condition, regulated in accordance with main indices of the organism condition, measured by means of a physiological monitor (450).
EFFECT: technical result consists in the provision of hierarchical control for an access to the patient.
