FIELD: computer technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology for remote presence in offline space. The technical result is achieved due to a method in which an audio-video signal is transmitted from the event venue to a broadcast server, with the help of which the received single audio-visual stream is processed and transmitted in real time to information output devices, and access is provided through the broadcast server to a virtual visit to the event by the user using an information input device, while pre-preparing the room for broadcast, for which stationary objects are measured for an interactive 3D model, video cameras are placed taking into account the exclusion of ‘blind” zones, noise-canceling microphones and means for transmitting the user’s request to the broadcast room, and also form a 3D model of the room in the broadcast server, which includes an algorithm for parsing streaming video into updated textures for the 3D model.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of transmitting an audio-video signal from the event venue by using a more accurate model of the room where the event takes place.
