FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A tear duct plug contains a cylindrical body with the first and second end, and a collar on the first body end; a fixer, connected to the second body end, opposite to the collar; a reservoir, placed inside the body, in which the reservoir includes material, containing an active substance. The collar is made with a possibility to continue radially outside from the first body end so that a part of the collar projects beyond the limits and projects from the tear duct after insertion of the plug into the tear duct. The collar has one hole in it. The fixer has geometry representing a combination of a cone and a form of a C-shaped washer above the cone. The body is impermeable for the active substance. The fixer and the collar are displaced relative to the transverse body axis.
EFFECT: obtaining the tear duct plug.
