SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Bush in accordance with the first, second and third versions contains case and reservoir. Bush in the third version in addition to said above, also contains fillet, which rests on external part of lachrymal point, when bush of lachrymal point is introduced into lachrymal canal. Case according to the first and second versions has first end, second end and lateral surface stretching between two said ends. Said lateral surface has the shape of a circle in transverse section and external diameter. Part of said lateral surface has external diameter, which is larger than external diameter of the remaining part of lateral surface. Case by the third version consists of flexible polymeric material, which takes form of lachrymal canal, when bush of lachrymal point is introduced into lachrymal canal. Reservoir by the first version is enclosed inside case and contains, at least, one hole, and contains in itself containing active agent material, which contains, at least, one active agent and is formed in form of fibre or fibre-like structure, case being impermeable for active agent. By the second version, reservoir is enclosed inside case and contains one hole on first end, second end or on first and second ends of case, and contains in itself containing active agent material, which contains, at least, one active agent, and is formed in form of fibre or fibre-like structure, case being impermeable for active agent. By the third version, case consists of flexible polymer material, which takes shape of lachrymal canal, when bush of lachrymal point is introduced into lachrymal canal. Reservoir is enclosed inside case, where reservoir includes, at least, one hole, and contains in itself containing active agent material, which contains, at least, one active agent, case being impermeable for active agent; and containing active agent material is formed as fibre or fibre-like structure.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of active agent delivery.
