SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of mounting computer equipment at mobile military or other special-purpose facilities. The bracket comprises an upright support, a swinging bracket with a platform, and swivel block. The upright support is in the form of a bracket consisting of a roll-formed angle and two plates rigidly joined to the corner, lying in parallel to each other and joined by stiffeners; the swinging bracket with a platform is in the form of a flat plate on one side of which are rigidly mounted two adjustment roll-formed channels, and on the other side - two plates having curved grooves; the upright support and the swinging bracket are located at an angle relative to each other and are connected by two axles with stop collars, which are fitted with bushings with screw stoppers and stoppers in the form of circular nuts with a grooved outer surface.

EFFECT: simple and easy to use bracket, which allows to control the angular position of a panel computer or a monitor while further providing reliable fixation during operation and transportation.
