FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at manufacturing of parts and units of uncooled structures in aircraft gas turbine engines of new generation with improved characteristics of specific power and fuel efficiency which are operated under the temperatures of up to 1750°C in oxidizing media environment. Ceramic composite material contains silicon, carbon, silicon carbide and oxide system ZrO2-HfO2-Y2O3 with the following ratio of components, wt %: Si - 15-30; C - 20-40; oxide system ZrO2-HfO2-Y2O3 - 3-15; SiC - the rest. The oxide system ZrO2-HfO2-Y2O3 is of the following chemical composition, wt %: ZrO2 - 55-80; HfO2 - 15-30; Y2O3 - 3-15.
EFFECT: increased heat resistance of items.
