FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises auger-type supercharger, mounted under the charging hopper and in cylindrical housing. The pressing channel of the device includes the profiled sections, the first of which from side of supercharger is designed in the form of chamber with inner surface in the form of zone of sphere. At the end of the supercharger faced to the chamber there is disc, installed with orientation of its central axis at an angle to rotation axis of the supercharger and with possibility of sliding of its lateral surface along the inner surface of the chamber. The exit section of the supercharger blade is designed in the form of coil, ending by bend, joined with the surface of disc along the chord line of its circumference. The disc surface faced to the chamber, may be flat or convex and with protrusions in the central part. Auger-type supercharger is designed in the form of drum with coil of auger-type blade, located on the drum surface near its end with the fixed disc, and with blades at the rest of its surface, arranged along the helical line.
EFFECT: invention permits to provide uniform density of beam throughout its cross-section, reduce wear of working elements due to reduction of friction.
