LOADING NECK OF SCREW DEVICES Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC B28B3/22

Abstract RU 2771476 C1

FIELD: building materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry. A loading neck of screw devices contains a nozzle mounted on a cylindrical case, in which a screw is located. The case in the loading zone, from the side opposite to the rotation of the screw, is made with expansion towards a loading hole and is mated to a vertical side wall of a branch pipe, offset from the edge of the screw to its center by amount equal to 0.1- 0.2 of the screw radius. The radius of expansion is equal to 1.1-1.3 of the screw radius. A line of the beginning of the expansion is located below the axis of the screw in such a way that the perpendicular drawn from the axis to this line forms an angle of 40-50° with the horizontal.

EFFECT: increase in the productivity and operational reliability of the screw device by eliminating sticking of material on walls of the loading neck.
