Proposed composition contains the following substances, in wt %: carbon 0.1-0.15, silicon 0.15-0.2, manganese 0.3-0.5, chromium 0.1-0.15, aluminium 0.4-0.6, copper 1.0-1.3, barium 0.0008-0.0012, zirconium 0.1-0.15, vanadium 0.3-0.4, tellurium 0.0008-0.0012, iron making the rest.
EFFECT: higher strength.
