FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: coating for application on driving elements of stop and control valves is a two-layer system composed of sublayer and the main layer. The sublayer is a heavy alloy steel containing by mass: chrome - 18% max, nickel - 14% max, molybdenum - 3% max, carbon - 0.1% max. The main layer is a material containing a metal-ceramic phase in a matrix from the nickel-based alloy, containing by mass: iron - 28% max, chrome - 52% max in joints, nickel - 15% max, silicon 1.0-1.3%, boron 1.0-1.3%, carbon - 0.8% max.

EFFECT: coating corrosion resistance is increased, and the probability to resist to formation of scores on the surfaces contacting with packing seal is increased, that allows to increase the operation resource of the detail with the coating.
