FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to methods for producing heatproof wear-resistant coatings. Method for applying a heatproof wear-resistant coating to cast iron and steel parts includes abrasive-jet treatment of the product surface with silicon carbide with a particle size of 1.5 mm, plasma deposition of a sublayer based on cobalt Co-Cr-Al-Y and subsequent deposition of a cermet composition of a mechanical powder mixture containing, wt.%: nichrome 10-20, zirconium dioxide stabilized with yttrium oxide 30-20, nickel aluminum 25-30, nickel titanium 20-10, molybdenum 5-10, chromium carbide 5, tungsten carbide 5.
EFFECT: increased coating resistance to wear under friction, coating hardness, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, coating adhesion to the base material.
